When a camper registers and before that camper is set up to participate in any program, a substantial portion of the registration fees are paid out in that camper's name immediately upon registration on any date after June 1st of the summer season. 
 
These fees are paid to other organizations and can not be transferrred to another camper.  These fees are paid out whether that camper attends no part of the program or the entire session. 
 
Fees that are paid to other organizations are not refundable to the CAC and therefore are not available for refunding to the registered player.  Additionally, the CAC plans, budgets and organizes field use, staffing, and more. 
 
Our refund policy as stated on registration agreements is below:

I also understand that there are no refunds for any reason after May 15th 2011 including disciplinary removal from camp. I have read and understand the Program’s disciplinary policy available to me on the camp’s FAQ website page..Weeks may be moved with 7 days notice.

This is our complete refund policy and can not be amended on a case by case basis.  There are no prorates, refunds or credits after June 1st of the summer season for any reason or at any time.
